Look At My Website And Tell Me How To Make It Look Better (No Coding Required)

Looking for skilled web designer to look at 6 pages on my website ([login to view URL]) and tell me how I can make it look better and more user friendly for both desktop and mobile versions. The 6 pages are all found on the main menu (Homepage, Music, Venues, Cities, Posts, Submit Event). I like how my site looks now but i want it to look even better.
