Create a template maker for PDF's -- 2

We have a LARAVEL materials platform with MySQL database and working functionality on security. We want to have an admin page where we can select/search clients. when selected we want to to have our employees to make a template. We want to have an admin page where we can fill in some information for our clients.. This information is not dynamical. So easy to fill in. the filled information comes in a database. When we select the client (it should be a search bar where the client is being auto filled from the database), and select the client then the first basic set of information is selected. In the dashboard of our admin, there should come a clickable button. When this button is clicked, the information which we filled in before, need to be placed in 3 different PDF’s, which need to be created. The PDF’s are made and filled with the information which we defined (e.g. @var1, @var2 etc.) These PDF’s should have our home style of our company with header/footer etc. It does not need to be dynamic, so we create these templates once, and use it continuously for our clients.
