Code my one-page animation studio website [Already designed]

Hi there! Our current website for our animation studio is very old: [login to view URL] So our designer just created a new version of it that looks great. It's available in .AI format, layered. Here's the preview: [login to view URL] We really like the look and "feel" of [login to view URL] We decided to go with a "one-page" approach, we just thought it would be pretty cool. So here's what we need, a couple of highlights: - code this into a fully functional website - we want this to feel extremely modern, like a 2019 website, not a static 2014 HTML page - top headline text animation like in this example: [login to view URL] - in our case for "increase conversions" - any other animations that you see fit for text, headlines, images, etc. - any other modifications to the design as you see fit. Our designer is not a web designer, so she doesn't know all the possibilities of coding, so feel free to improve the current design with the latest technologies or with your expertise - I imagine a fixed navigation menu that travels with you as you scroll. Design probably needs to be adapted for that - "back to top" button - functional contact form - video gallery where you hover and see title, click and lightbox video opens up a YouTube video - "See more" button to show you more videos in the portfolio - FAQ where you can open the questions and close them - testimonial slider - high-speed page and scores on PageSpeed Insights, Pingdom, etc. - Google Analytics integration - live chat integration with a free option (to be decided later which one to use) - Facebook pixel added - mobile responsive Open to any other suggestions.
