Bootstrap Ruby on Rails integration

We have already created a Bootstrap site that needs to be integrated with Ruby on Rails. Webapp basics: The webapps user end is a 2 CSS column page. Column 1 contains a categorized accordion that contains ‘items’ with a radio buttons to select that ‘item’. We want the radio button ‘item’ to be assigned a $ value and a calendar date range value which will be assigned by an administrator in the admin panel. We have already created the front end of column 1. Column 2 will contain text, which will act as an automated calculator. When an ‘item’ has been selected from column 1, column 2 will automatically calculate the $ value of the ‘items’ selected in column 1 and automatically add the dates range value to a calendar (which is displayed in column 2). The 'item' $ values will contain several different currencies. We will need the calculator to automatically convert all selected currencies into 1 currency which is pre-selected by the user. This is not an e-commerce website. No sales will be made. The $ values are a guide only for the user. There will need to be an export function, which will allow the options the user entered to be output into a PDF calendar for download. The admin panel must have the ability to create and publish new items, which will be categorized to the specific accordion in column 1. Users will be able to register an account. Registered users will be able to store their calendar in their ‘saved calendars’ page. Non-registered users will be able to still use the webapps functionality, however they cannot save their calendar. No graphic design or web design work is needed. We have already created this. We just need the Ruby on Rails integration.
