Hello, I have proposal for you, let me just give you bit of my background first. I've been freelancer programmer for last 5 years (php/mysql/cms systems...), I've worked for many clients in Croatia and all over the world. I'm currently employed full time for software dev company based in Germany. So about my proposal, I got idea for this from my current employer (he plans something similar). Since you are looking long term relation, I could create software development company here in Croatia in my hometown with lets say 3-5 people employed at start. If you can provide us with work, we could do lot of work from SEO work to design and CMS themes creation, implementation, plugin development... I would need around $900/month for each person start pay + bonuses for early deadlines, big jobs, etc. These bonuses would be totally up to you, but if we do good work we would expect something more from you. I would be team leader for projects and I expect $1000/month. I can hire as many people as you want because many of my friends are designers, developers, SEO specialists, web administrators...etc. I've worked with them on some of my projects so I know they are good. Right now I can guarantee 4 people for $900/month. If you can pay this I'll create web development company and hire them in next month or two.
