Magento - Changes to Existing Theme

I have a Magento Theme installed and need it customized to match the attached mockup. Existing theme: [login to view URL] User manual for existing theme is also attached. Specific project deliverables: 1. Revise homepage and all linked pages to match the format of the mockup, including functioning timer. "Other Hookups" frame should be animated as in existing theme. Website must maintain functionality (cart, checkout, etc) 2. On homepage Past Products link should pull down a drop down menu of past product by category. Past Products will link to a new page containing product details. Categories will be based upon Magento attributes. 3. All items on home page need to be updatable from Magento admin panel, including: header image, "Today's Deal" product info and pictures, timer start and end date, "Other Hookups" product details and images. 4, Need ability from within Magento admin panel to set start and end times for item featured in "Today's Deal", and to be able to schedule future products. 5. Secondary webpages (such as the "About us" and "Contact us") will also need to be revised to match the mockup style, but these revisions will be minor. Most of work will be on revising and ensuring functionality of home page and Products pages. 6. Need instruction on easiest way to extract Today's Deal code to insert in newsletter theme. Bonus will be paid for automating the process within Magento admin panel. 7. Favicon to be added. Graphics, login info and other relevant files will be uploaded upon acceptance of bid.
