Long term e-commerce design partner + development partner

We are looking for webshop developers and designers for a long term working partnership. We are a company from the Netherlands that specialises in providing companies with e-commerce solutions. We focus on generating leads and sales which means we will provide a lot of jobs for you in the future. We need all the services at a intermidiate level price €15.- to €22.- per hour. This is to combine quality with a good price. We do want to work with a fixed price for every job. For designers ---------------- As a webdesigner you should have extensive Photoshop experience/knowlegde. We are looking for designers who have a portfolio with aesthetically pleasing professional webshops. Prefered is if you have made custom designs for Magento, Opencart or Woocommerce. For developers ---------------- We are looking for people or companies who are experienced in Magento, Opencart and Woocommerce development (also possible to have a focus on either one). You need to be able to slice photoshop design and convert it to a theme. It is also required that you have extensive PHP experience/knowlegde. What do we ask in return? ---------------- What we ask in return is that we can put a few of the webshops from your portfolio on our website. This is especially important for the designer, because we need some good looking webshops in our portfolio. But also you as a developer could add something to our portfolio. A good starting portfolio combined with our lead generation efforts and conversion optimized landingpages will lead to fast results, and a lot of future jobs during our partnership.
