Website/ App build-- I will own copyrights.

My name is Matthew Muirhead, I am a Junior at East Carolina University I am working on building an app that is going to be a chat messaging app. I first want to state that MY BUDGET FOR THE ENTIRE PROJECT IS 700 Dollars US. I am going to be doing a contest here soon that will be for the logo. I will choose a winner and then use this on my website and app. I am looking for someone with years of experience in building apps. I am looking for someone who will enjoy being part of the creative process. I want to work with you and bounce ideas off each other to make the idea the best it can be. The app will have similarity to Snapchat. I need someone that has the talent to design an app like that one. Graphics need to look really professional. I will need help designing the logo and etc. I need someone who will know how to link this app to other social networking apps like facebook, and twitter. It is not going to be to difficult of an app to build. I am trying to do this project pretty quickly because I have other ones I am wanting to work on as well. I also want to build a website but we will discuss more whenever we talk about the price. First we will sign a NDA agreement and then discuss more about the project during our interview. I want to make it clear that I will own all rights to the end application, design, source code, graphics and the contractor will be required to supply full source code and all components at any stage. The contractor will not be licensed to sell, re-use the application or apply credits to the application. I see this as an ongoing relationship and have a number of versions of the software in planning. I want it to be really simple to use and designed very professionally. If you are interested we can set up a skype meeting and talk about coming up with a reasonable price. This app should be fairly easy to build the main functions is just being able to send messages/pictures/videos to friends on FB along with other details we will talk about later on. I am looking for someone with really good design skills, and has a lot of experience in building apps for apple. It will have a normal social media interface with unique features. I am really wanting to start this project in the next couple of weeks. This is my very first app I have every built and want this to go right. Once again my budget for this project is 700 I am a college student and cant risk but to much money. If it ends up making me money. Then all the other projects I have in mind ill hire you again for. So don't look at this as a crappy project I really want someone that is really creative and good at what they do. Trust me if we can pull this off as a team we will be doing business a lot more in the future with a lot more money!
