Template Changes

I need some to make a couple of simple changes to this template: [login to view URL] 1. I want to remove the dark border, so the body goes all the way to the edge. 2. I want to lock the nav bar so it stays at the top even when you scroll. I would like it to still be transparent, so you can see the background through it (like it is now). Thanks
