redesign WP blog

I have an older WP blog in German that looks cluttered and is based on WP 1.3. I need someone with a good graphic eye and communication skills to upgrade WP and design a new format, keeping all of my content. I will provide two addresses of blogs I want my own blog to look like. The blog needs to be responsive, elegant and minmalist to be a showcase for my highend consulting business. It should also be very easy for me to update and keep track with google. You will also have to add an appointment book (genbook...com or something similar), a map of my address and a guestbook, that invites posts by readers. The blog also needs internal links and revised headers, to help with google. The blog is already very strong on content. Some SEO would be appreciated based on the content and tag cloud. This should be fairly easy work which I would like as a starting point to get to know each other to do more work in the near future. I will only work with an actuall person who communicates well and will keep in contact with me. My plan is to build a friendly business relationship and have someone to revise my posts on a regular basis to help me to become a better blogger and attract more clientele. I will also need more design work for two more homepages to showcase and sell two books and an i phone app. Automated answers will be disregarded. Thank you very much.
