Landing Page Design (Updated): Recreate photoshop .psd file from flattened image with effects editable.

--This is an updated project with more detail-- This project is a Landing Page Template, designed, sliced, and coded to match existing site. Contractor needs to recreate photoshop effects on existing site and include .psd file with effects live and editable (don't flatten layers) with finished landing page coded. Attachments: 1) The first attached file shows the existing homepage design that needs to be matched, "[login to view URL]". 2) The second attachment shows the Landing Page template layout and design, "[login to view URL]". Only select elements need to be designed from scratch: 1. Existing form graphic at top needs to be recreated, matching effects on current homepage form, ie: shadow, highlights, etc. 2. New creative is needed for a page subheader element, as indicated in attachment. 3. New Creative is needed for bottom page element, as indicated in attachment. Page layout is already determined, as indicated in attachment. 3) The third attachment ("[login to view URL]") is a close-up of the effects used on existing page- shadow, highlights, etc. We need our new landing page to match this form and keep these elements live in psd file. Final project description: Given layout, match existing graphical element in effects and style. Create two new page elements from scratch, subheader and bottom page element, as indicated.
