eBay Store Front design (jpg + html)

We are an online retailer on aquarium product, and currently we are looking for design service to upgrade our store. We have attached the current prototype for the store front design. Please feel free to provide ideas or to change it if you feel that there are a better presentation of the store front. We are breaking our products into 6 categories: A. Browse with plant type (front, floor, focal point etc) B. Exortic Plant Category C. Modern Home and Office Decoration Idea (Aquarium-related) D. Browse by Price Range E. Free Shipping Promotion F. Product of the month Promotion These categories could be represented by 6 buttons as created in the prototype, or could be represented by other idea that you would like to propose. The final creation should be in 2 HTML page - one for banner (as framed in Red color with the attached prototype), and another one for the body (as framed in Purple color) Please quote your reasonable best price in PM. You may wish to briefly indicate the work involved to justify your bid price - and we are open to that. PM us if you wish to have the URL to our current store. Our payment terms: We will pay 30% via Paypal upon approval of your prototype. Full payment will be made only after we have approved and accepted your final delivery.
