OK. A project. Design and host a website. I need it off my servers fro SEO. Simple idea but no time. I pay far too much each month to delivery comapanies for delivering cars and vans. I need a website that is essentially similar to this one. Place a job (for dealers) and bid on the cost to complete (for delivery companies). Need a ranking system for feedback. Billing. Automatically bill the delivery company/ raise UK vat invoice and the poster 10% each of the succesfull bid, and I post out an invoice within 30 days. No need for gateway as can police/ enforce inhouse e,g. £250 sucessful bid Dealer gets billed £25 = invoice in post for £25 So does transport company £25 = invoice in post for £25 This I will let bidding run to the end.
