I would like to bring a new ad format into the market. Step1: I need to find out which type of information do I get from Ad Exchanges or Ad Networks and if that is enough to start through. We need the title, description and the langingpage URL for our ad format - that's it! Step2: Build a prototype which lets us take the data direct from ad exchanges and use them for our ad format. PLEASE - I'm searching for a web developer/data scientist who speaks fluent english and is willing to put in time for this project with deadlines.
