I am looking for Asterisk Expert who can help me fix our PBX - All of a sudden when we dial certain extensions we cant hear the other party we are using fortigate firewall and not sure why all of a sudden on certain extensions I cannot hear the the Voicemail greetings nor when we call that DID we cant hear the other party trunks is registered and working fine but cant hear the other party RTP ports are also open from 10,000 to 20,000
