write my code for a book/comic database style program

I want someone to add code to my software and bring it to life, please as cheap as possible because this is freeware. I want a database type software that the user can add lists, images of products, date of publications and also quite a lot of other data, I want the ability for them to see bigger images from the lists. I have included a zip file with full details that I need plus example of work needed in a text file.
