CSS Template Needed

I need a CSS based design (template) for use with a new article website. The coding is already done- all I need is the design. I would like this design to be modeled after [login to view URL] Note: I do not want a clone, I want an original design based on this. I will need from you: 1. A photoshop image of your proposed design. I need this first so that the client can approve your design before you begin. 2. An HTML/CSS design (no coding necessary). I will integrate your design into the active system myself. You can use dummy content (lorem ipsum) to serve as placeholders so that your design appears properly.
