Hello, I’m interested in call center / virtual assistant services (only on-line). Here are details of my expectations: Branch: translation services on-line Market: Bulgaria Language: Bulgarian Clients: Bulgarian people Specifics: we work as a broker of translation services. Potential clients ask us for free pricing. Then we contact our partners to make it. After that we send pricing to askers. If they have questions or want to buy, they contact with us or directly with our partners. Every partner speak Bulgarian and English. What activities we need? 1. Picking up phone calls to get knowledge about clients’ needs 2. Forwarding e-mail from potential clients to our partners or creating new e-mails and sending them to our partners (to prepare pricing) 3. Calling to potential clients or creating and sending e-mails to potential clients with our offers (after point nr 1 and 2) 4. Calling to potential clients or creating and sending e-mails to potential clients - to answer the questions and close the deal Numbers: a) around 30 calls / month (1 call max. 1 minute = 30 minutes / month) b) around 60 e-mails / month (1 e-mail max. 2 minutes = 2 hours / month ) c) around 10 LiveChat inquiries / month (1 chat max. 2 minutes = 20 minutes / month) SUM: around 3 hours / month Please provide me with your: a) working days and hours b) Call response time c) Mail response time - we need max. 5 minutes of reaction time d) Call Abandon Rate (if applicable) e) System Availability (if applicable) f) languages spoken (option to expand our cooperation in other markets) g) pricing - payment only for billed minutes (exactly worked minutes). Hey there, I have solid experience with translation and communication. I worked for five years as real time sport statistician via my cell phone for an Austrian company. Apart from that, I used to be admin of a Facebook group that was selling betting advice and i did all the communication with the potential clients. I also have experience with sales. In my portfolio, you can find a brochure that I created (copywriting, graphic design, product photography) for a Leading Bulgarian producer in the field of Cosmetics, Household Chemistry, Auto cosmetics and Innovations. I created a series of brochures for them. I am part of the sales team of the company now, as a freelancer. To answer your questions: a) Nothing specific. I work as a freelancer and do a lot of project, some for me, some for contractors. Some from home, some include travelling. Working hours are a subject of a discussion between me and you and depend on synchronizing me time and your nee)s. b) Immediate in 75% of the case... the rest depend on a lot of things, which we can discuss. c) same as b g) Is the time per call /email initially defined as in the project info or do we count the seconds of every phone cal? (3 hours of work are 110 PLN) But only if there are guaranteed 110PLN as a minimum per month, because I am not staying attached to a phone with the possibility of no revenue. Native Bulgarian with exellent English. Have an experience like a call center agent. Free time for the project - after 6 pm from Monday to Friday. All the day in the weekend.
