Scan utility bills

This job is very simple and has two parts: 1. Obtain utility bill in China (or other non-US countries, see below) and scan and email it to me. 2. After I've checked it, translate to English using a translation service. Then scan again and email to me. The bill can be electricity, water, cable, or gas bills. They will be used anonymously, so don't worry. No sensitive information will be used. If you are not located in China, other countries' bills would also work. But they either need to be in English or translated to English. 3. Optional bonus: Fax two pages of document (when I provide to you) from a fax machine in China to a fax number in the US and provide me with confirmation. You are bidding on 5 sets of utility bills to be delivered in 3 days. If you do well, I will have more jobs of the same type. Thank you.
