Searching for Infographic Video Expert

I am looking for an experienced video animator for a approx. 2-3 min video. I am looking for an infographic style of animation. High quality, engaging graphics, and speed of completion is EVERYTHING. I will supply script and voiceover. You must follow these guidelines: -The colors and fonts MUST be consistent throughout the entire video. This is very important. -The animation must fit the script perfectly. -Do not use text (other than the statistics in the script). I want pure animation. -You must use dynamic and engaging graphics. Also write: “READ AND UNDERSTOOD” at the top of your application. If you don’t I will assume you haven’t read the requirements and I will not read your application.
