Create me a simple 5 second video (2 clips)

I require 2 clips of video where i have 2 locations (say A - house and B - restaurant) which are about 3-5 miles apart. Using a tool such as google earth or similar i want one clip of the video where from location A (house), the video zooms out fairly quickly and zooms into location B (restaurant) The second clip should zoom out of location B (restaurant) and back into location A (house). The clips should be approximately 5 seconds each. An example of what i am looking for can be seen on the following youtube clip [login to view URL] The zoom in and zoom out feature needs to be pretty fast and slick with an electronic signal transfer sound effect.
