Before you read this and go oh she's one of THOSE instagram girls (which ok is understandable) hear me out. I'm a personal trainer who is creating an e-book for women, focusing on pregnant moms and portpartum moms b/c of the lack of focus on fitness coaching for them. The brand is (or will be) called MILFYSZN after I started referring to the winter after my son was born as MILF Season to get my summer body back, and it caught on on my social media.
