Creation of the character in Unity 3d

Good day, I am interested in the creation of the animation hero/character in the Unity 3d. This character should make an action in the short video (10 - 15 sec.). This character will be based on the existing material (cartoon) as well as I am also interested in the creation in the Unity 3d of the new character and further action of its hero in the short animation or video (10 -15 sec.) based on my scenario.
