I'm am starting a new business and need administrative support. Our timezone is Melbourne Australia. I need an efficient accurate and friendly supporter who can do things for me promptly, taking control of tasks and delivering for me. You will likely interact with my suppliers, and later on contractors. My business is a professional B2B business. I will be providing career transition services to employers and their employees. ' e attached a brief about my company. We are just getting started and there is ample opportunity to take proactive action to help get me and our things organized. Right now for example as we are in the setup phase. I need help with organizing my 'contents' such as articles I have written and photos I've taken for various marketing activities. Including content for our forthcoming website under design right now. I need someone who understands the big picture or building our business and can readily prioritize their work to meet our needs. Specific skills will be typing, maybe setting some appointments and helping me to manage my calendar, and set up and organizing our files of assets (articles, photos, testimonials, and so on).
