Automated Calandar

I am looking for a promgram that will kind of carry out the function of a secretary....I want to enter a task and I want the program to make a diary entry/ task onto a calendar. I want the program to auromatically schedule the entry taking into account the following: Ideal date that I would like to complete the task Absolute deadline for completing the task Urgency/importance Length of time requiered to complete the task The time of day I would ideally like to complete the task (ie morning, afternoon, evening) I want to be able to set a limit on the number of tasks I have a day (for example a daily limit of 20 tasks). I also want to be able to manually enter tasks for specific dates/times- I dont want the program to reschedule these. I want the program to be able to send me pop up remainders of these important tasks (maybe with google calendars synchronisation). I hope this all makes sense!
