Rig face of a Car in BLENDER

I have the 3d model of a car ready in blender, and I need to animate it with a face able to talk and have facial expressions. I will send you the .blender file for you to work with. The car is just a normal mini cooper, you would need to model its eyes and its mouth. And then rig them for animation. It's just like the movie "Cars" but with the eyes in the lights instead of the window, because I need to see through the glass. Also an important part is that it needs to kind of "fall apart" like its tired (the car breaks down) but still be able to talk
