Generate Exploded Parts Diagrams from 3D Model

We are looking for some additional effort... We need to generate a number of exploded parts illustrations from a reasonably complex 3D model supplied by our client (as a .STEP file). The illustration will be annotated and dropped in to an illustrated parts manual. The illustrations are not usually rendered but look better with thick and thin lines. To do this we usually use 3D Studio Max to manipulate the model with the 'Illustrate!' Add On to generate the visual. Ideally we are looking for a 3D Max Operator / Technical Illustrator to either work in our office (Royston, Herts) or to remote in to our machine to complete the work. The work cannot be completed externally and a certain amount of team discussion will be required.
