I checked the file and couldn't find any problem with it except some small details that won't be printed. Can you please give me some more information about what exactly the issue is, if you have the .step file then the charge for repairing would be less, if it's only in .stl with a mesh the part will have to be redesigned. I have 9+ years of experience of designing parts for 3D printing and can definitely help you out with this.
