I can certainly do that. I have made a 3D model of a house with +400 sq meters built in 2 floors. Terrain had 1600 sq meters, The model was very detailed, including windows, doors, floor tiles, pools and a few more things. Timeline might change depending on the size of the house you're building. I can also send you a few pictures of the model in case you're interested to see it.
