I have experience in 3d character creation, I can retopologize the 3d mesh to accurately facilitate proper deformation without pinching during an animation, it will take me 3 days to retopologize a humanoid character, more time will be required if the character is complicated. it will take more time to develop a new character from ground up, around 6 days for a new character if a concept art is available, looking forward to working with you.
