Fully functional vr-chat avatar

Freelancers, I am a VR-Chat enthusiast with designs on being in vr chat rather often for various projects (when my index kit arrives) and I'd like to walk around as one of my original characters in the meantime. I need a slick, professional looking model of the avian character in the attached images complete with rig, facial expressions, working mouth, etc that will work in VR-chat. Your work will be credited and I'll need the source files for any edits I need to make down the line. The work will be an approximation of the images and I am willing to compromise on the final design as long as it comes out looking attractive to behold. I will need to see examples of your work. I retain all rights to the character design. If you feel you can competently complete the model but not the rest of the process of getting it into vr-chat let me know and we can negotiate.
