Convert 2D drawings in dwg. format into 3D models stp. files

i am proffesional mechinal engineer with first class. i am proffesional solidworks user, and capale in 2d, 3d, simulation ,motion , rendering, animation. i am usind cad softwares from past decade. i have designed and developed more than 100 products in heavy machinary industry. further i have created technical manuals and documents.
