Building a animated infographic to explain a agriculture technology

I need about a 3-4 minute video to easily explain some technology that we have developed for farmers. we have an instrument that attachs to a combine harvester, which tells the farmer in real time what the protein and moisture values of the grain is. it also provides information about the soil, and therefore how much fertiliser as to go back into the soil after the harvest. The video i have in mind looks very similar to this:

Please let me know what else would be involved, including a voiceover fee to explain what is happening on the screen (can be done by me if required)
i have also attached a powerpoint with a very basic representation of what we need - run it in presentation view to get an idea.
At the end of the animation, it would be handy to populate a calculator, so a farmer could work out the value for himself.

I will like the opportunity to create this animated inforgraphics video about agricultural technology. I will make use of Adobe Illustrator to create the images and After Effects to animate them. I will require a script of the description and a voiceover (which you can provide) and the rest I can retrieve from the PowerPoint presentation. It will take me 10 ten days or less to complete.
