Watch Case Design

Need a custom Watch Case, Case back and Crown CAD/CAM design to use for both 3D printing and CNC milling/machining. Watch case is a simplistic design with smooth edges and no complex design, ornamentation, etc. The Case back will screw into the Case, so the Case/Case back will need to have matching/mating screw patterns. The Case back will need to feature engraving on the back, which will need to be added to the design so that it will be 3D printed/milled/machined. The Crown will be a relatively standard shaped and sized crown, but will feature a small design on the end. Exact sizing for everything will be provided to whomever is awarded the job, however, here are basic sizes for reference: Watch case: 41mm x 10mm Case back: 39mm Crown: 5.5mm x 7mm We will need this project done quickly, preferable by the end of this week. We will only consider you if you have the following experience: - Designing CAD/CAM for milling and machining (casting not included) - Designing CAD/CAM for 3D printing - Designing highly complex items with very very small tolerances (watch case design work HIGHLY valuable) - Product Design Experience - Strong understanding of design so you can help ensure our design will look good from 3D model to actual product. - Product Design Experience - Ability to offer suggestions and professional advice in editing or modifying design to make the machining/milling/production of our final product more effective and cost efficient. We will consider you a top candidate if you have experience in any or all of the following: - Watch design - Watch Movement design - Aeronautical/Spacecraft design - Product Design (specifically designing smaller and/or complex objects milled/machined from metal) Please provide links to your work, explanation as to why you're the right candidate, and your project cost quote.
