Hello! I am developing a start-up real estate company which includes house flipping and real estate wholesaling. I am currently putting together a team to help me launch and grow my business. I am looking for the BEST of the best for EVERY position I need to be filled. But for good talent, I will compensate very well-in many different ways. This position is one of the first positions I need to fill and in a way it is a most important team member as well. My Lead Manager (LM) will need to perform the following tasks (and more): * Lead Generation, Screening & Qualification * Cold Calling * Prospecting and/or Lead Follow-Up * Lead Nurturing Real Estate training can be provided for the right person. Hello This is a proposal for being assigned to work as admin assistant even though you posted for lead manager. I have three years of experience in assisting real estate investor in California. My job responsibilities include scraping leads from online sources - tax delinquent, vacant, probate, inheritance, & vacant. I am able extract property data from county sites and also to extract data from Zillow. Texting, emailing, and scrubbing lists for marketing- sending post cards, skip tracing etc. In addition I receive inbound calls in Callrail as well as making outbound calls to set appointment with seller using scripts and take information from the seller to find out how motivated they are.
