Ducth payment system Ideal in drupal's ubercart

I need a Dutch Ideal Payment module for Drupal open source framework. I need a implementation in drupal's ubercart (as an separate module). In the first place I need a coder which already developed an ideal implemtation, because I don't have english documentation of the dutch payment system. Otherwise I need to translate it, but that's my latest option ## Deliverables I first want to know who is able to built this module!
