Dear Sir or Madam, I am running a management consultancy which is focusing on end-to-end procurement solutions. The expertise of the business is to identify suppliers for various products in different industries, including automotive, construction and chemicals. Last year I have source insulation materials for residential buildings to be used in the ceiling and walls. In case the job would be awarded to me I would write a item list based on your drawings and specifications. Once you have confirmed that this is the correct one I would go out and send out RFQs to the respective suppliers. Then I would propose the best suppliers, including the 2nd and third place. It would leave the final decision with yourself. I would expect two milestone payments. First one before the RFQs are send out and the last and final one after completion of the project.
