Phil Carpenter Sales Rep for Service Electric Cable TV & Communications needing to do a short presentation about my company, what services we offer and what my role is to the elderly people moving into this assisted living community. We also would like to mention the great relationship we have with Luthercrest and look forward to providing them with state of the art services. Would like to Thank Matt Petrauskas and Mary Louise Drosdak for all that they do. Some of the residents moving from out of the area need not worry because we provide Cable TV that offers Tivo, HD, 4K, Telephone with Voicemail to email, and 1Gig or really fast internet speeds. We also offer Emmy winning local programmings such as Music Fest, Iron Pigs, Phantoms Hockey I will be your direct contact as you transition into Luthercrest and look forward to working with each and every one of you. God Bless. I would like to mention in the speech something about the residents moving in with respect to this being a special part of their lives. Kind of describing in a tactful way. Service Electric is a family-owned company located in Bethlehem PA. and has been in business since 1948 and was recognized by Congress for being the first cable TV company in the nation. Maybe welcoming new residents to our family. Also, I will be leaving company contact and material information at each seat for anyone resident who has questions and also will be answering questions after the seminar.

I also ensure that I use day-to-day and sometimes colloquial language when appropriate in order for the audience to relate to the speech. Making use of contractions, creating hooks and punch lines is what makes a speech stand out.
