Hi, kindly these are two completely different subjects in the computer world, I suggest you hire two different freelancers, one for web developer and database UI design, and another for 3D Modeling. I do Webdesign jobs but not expert in it, but I am an expert 3D Modeller and can model your hardware in AutoCAD and Solidworks.
