Write a Specification for a Database Web App

I'm seeking an analyst to assist with the definition and technical specification of a database and associated web app for DB management. The database will be built on existing [login to view URL] schemas Event, Person, Organisation, Place and potentially others. The app is to include user auth and access controls, the ability to add, modify and delete database entries, and the ability to link entries with one another, e.g. associate a specific Person with a specific Event. The successful freelancer will have been responsible for the development of professional-quality software specifications previously and will be able to offer examples of their previous work. The deliverable will be a technical specification document that will be provided to a UX/UI designer for wireframing. This is a good opportunity for a full stack programmer with BA skills to make a strong pitch for also undertaking the development component of this project. A full project briefing will be provided to the successful Freelancer. Experienced BAs will know that this is not a big ask given that the project deals almost exclusively with [login to view URL] content and not many (if any) new data models will be required.
