Web Form - Custom Logic

Intro So I need a form to add some custom text to a garment. We have two options, customisation option 1 and 2. Each customisation option gives you the ability to add two lines of text. You also have the ability to say I don’t want to add any. Brief So if you could mock the form up, I don’t care about style. I then need the form to go to a controller. In the controller I then need some custom logic to determine which options have been selected. So something like… String options = ""; If (custom1tickbox == true && custom2tickbox == true) { Options = "none_selected"; } If (custom1text != "" && custom2text != "") { Options = "both_selected"; } If (custom1text != "" && custom2text = "") { Options = "one_selected"; } And so on until every option is determined.
