Using PyInstaller - I can't seem to compile the exe and use popen on other files, even bundling

Hello, So basically, i'm able to compile my python script no problem, using pyinstaller. The issue i'm having, when I run the exe, it's unable to find the python files I call in popen(). I want to bundle those to my exe, and not have them floating around in the directory (trying to hide the source if possible). Any help is appreciated, my budget is pretty slim because it's probably just something stupid I'm messing up.
