I need to develop a small application which runs on windows. It needs to perform the following task. 1) It should listen to a port and receive and sent inputs. 2) Need to give popup in particular PC by identifying the extension no sent to the port. 3) When a call comes lookup the API with mobile number and displays the customer data. 4) Hyperlink to a web application attaching the unique ID for the lead.
