I am looking for an expert who has some deep knowledge in machine learning to help me set up an algorithm for stock price prediction.
Python using Sklearn module or similar ( Preferred )
Currently, I am using four different trading strategies :
1. Linear regression strategy with HL_PCT and PCT_CHNG.
2. MACD Trading Strategy.
3. MACD Trading Strategy with Supertrend confirmation.
4. RSI ( Relative Strength Index )
I will deliver :
Initial code to download OHLC to csv.
The person should be able :
Setup whole machine learning project with the following deliverables :
1. Download EOD daily OHLC ( Open, High, Low, Close ) and populate CSV / DB Preferrred.
2. Clean the data.
3. Predict in advance next day, week, month, and print OHLC for all tickers.
4. For each ticker recommend an action, to buy , sell, hold.
Depending on confirmation from RSI ( Relative Strength Index ), or MACD or Supertrend create a signal :
If buy signal is triggered, at what price is the recommended entry.
If sell signal is triggered, at what price is the recommended exit.
If Neutral , do nothing
6. Show accuracy for each prediction. ( for each forecast how strong the accuracy).
7. Store all predictions ( OHLC ) and signal for all tickers to reference / analyze on later date.
8. Backtest our strategy with historical data and show Annualized return using our trading algorithm strategy.
Currently, I am doing all of the above work manually. :(
Ideally, the new algorithm should be able combine all of the above.

Note: This will be an ongoing project. After initial project is delivered, maintenance / tune in will be done every quarter. Also, more features and values will be added to our dataframe to increase accuracy.
