Hire a Data Entry Clerk to Build a Data Archive and Chart Generator for Freely & Publicly Available DATA of US Daily Treasury Statements (DTS)

I would like to have a data archive of all publicly available data of US Daily Treasury Statements (DTS) which will also be updated automatically on a daily basis with future DTS. In addition I'd like to have a Chart Generator tool for generating charts based on the archive's data in a very wide range of different data intersections to be selected in the tool ("Chart Generator"). More details: 1. DTS for the Fiscal Years 1998-2019 to be imported and saved into the data archive are available in the following destination, organised by quarters: [login to view URL] * The DTS data exists only as a PDF file for the following Fiscal Years: 1998-2005 (up to 2005 3rd quarter). * For Fiscal Years 2005-2019 the DTS exist in both PDF and TXT formats. 2. Latest DTS and all future DTS to be imported and saved into the data archive as well are available in the following destination: [login to view URL] 3. I'd prefer the data archive to be built on both Excel and Google Sheets, as I know how to work with these formats, and in order for me to be able to use either of these formats depending on the circumstances (e.g. depending on the device I'm working on at a specific moment, offline or online work, etc.). 4. Each of the DTS includes 8 Tables. The data archive should have 8 Tabs - different Tab for each Table. 5. As said above, the data archive should be automatically updated with all future DTS. 6. The data archive should have a Chart Generator tool for generating charts based on the archive's data in a very wide range of different data intersections to be selected in the tool ("Chart Generator").
