END-TO-END SUPPLIER CHAIN ERP SOFTWARE + MOBILE APPS

Goal : To develop an organic, native, robust and highly scalable Web and mobile application that will control completely and exhaustively, business transactions across manufacturers, suppliers and buyers. The system will have layers for Manufacturers and their Admin, Buyers and their Admin, Super Admin (Owners), and should be dynamic enough to create and re-create any module on the system. Project duration - 60 days max This ERP will allow different categories of users to interact seamlessly. It will be very fast, with the highest degree of security as will be needed to guarantee the integrity of a regional supply chain. Application will have extensive reporting capabilities and forcasting of trends for each product for each manufacturer. All rating features as in other platforms are to be enabled including peer review ratings. Each product is to be classified under internationally accepted standards for that particular class of product. Ease of trade is of the utmost importance, no more than two clicks . All customer retention strategies are to be activated including greeting with favorite name, remembering history of purchases as is applicable in Amazon. Suppliers and manufacturers will see their own processes while we can view, edit/modify any aspect of a transaction. Extensive chatting capabilities , blogging , podcasting , hook ups to international reference sources. I require an ERP Software to achieve the following: 1) Stock and Inventory Management System - end-to-end system that connects manufacturers with suppliers - then suppliers to retailers.a dashboard to capture every layer of transaction is also required. 2) Accounting System that provides a full accounting suite to capture prices at different levels, commissions to be paid, auto nvoicing, auto Receipts, etc 3) A logistics management module which assigns products for distribution and which tracks all logistics movements/services and products from an end-to-end basis at Manufacturer to Suppler, Supplier to Retailer. Logistics companies will be able to sign up and have goods assigned to them based on geographical proximity to supply source and from there execute delivery tasks. System should also be able to monitor or track movement of goods. 4) Reports generating system which has advanced reporting features. Auto charts, and presentations, etc for all modules of the system. 5) Strong communications integration which allows for online approvals and direct communication of different systems and offices across the system. Chat, integrated memo generators, order management communication throughputs. 6) Suppliers can hold daily auctions on different products and services. Manufacturers may also do same. Auction system has to be good. 7) Advertisement Board for dadverts to run across a social network platform to be run on system. 8) Strong social media integration. 9) Enable rental of equipment from different manufacturers/suppliers though a seamless end-to-end process. 10) Robust wallet system that holds funds at different layers, from banks to suppliers or to manufacturers to retailers. 11. System will own and run a coin/loyalty programme system where a loyalty programme will be written and which will be translated to a site coin which will be used for transactions 12) A robust review system, one that enables reviews of suppliers, products, transactions, logistics, everything that has business point must fall under reviews. They should also aggregate different reviews of related products. 13) System should be able to suugest related products and services to users while holding a very firm and secure platform that blocks out security breaches.
