Hi, All you need is a very basic python script. I will even make you an exe file so that you don't have to install python. This is not an automated bid and I have actually read your description and I can start right now. I will make sure the elements in the lists are never repeated. If you want I cam even make a web based page for the same task. The advantage of web based page will be that it will be accessible anywhere on all devices using your browser. But I can make a local script as well. Whatever you prefer.
