Social media review, strategy and content production - app startup

I have an app business and am looking for a Social Media Marketer (ex-agency) to provide a social media review, strategy, and produce content for my business. The audience is GEN-Z and the app is about goal-setting. Objectives: - Review the current state of our social media platforms - Provide a content strategy for our social platforms - Provide expertise particularly on the use of stories, video, and reels - Produce content for social media (photography and videography experience) - Provide expertise on how to grow the platform (e.g. through hashtags etc) - Understand our GEN-Z audience and be able to embody that tone of voice - Provide advice on paid advertising Artefacts: - Social media review and strategy document (10 pages) - Produce content calendar for 3 months after approval on direction and style - Edited and social media ready content for 3 months Requirements: Must have at least 3 years experience working in an agency Must understand the needs of our audience (GEN-Z) Must be based in Australia Must have excellent communication skills Must be familiar with pop culture and current trends Must be able to deliver the above in the timeframe
