We require a backend developer who’s confident in using Apache/PHP based MVC cart software (such as opencart, prestashop, lemonstand) to build an e-commerce site for a veterinary consumable wholesaler. Ideally the build will allow for customized extensions to be made to the framework , either up front or at a later date. The choice of MVC e-commerce framework is up to you, but the site will require the following features: • Cumulative rewards points system, based on product purchases • Product Inventory System (including live stock levels at multiple locations, stock level alerts) • Backorder/preorder system • Generation of basic Sales reports • Integration of sales data with Xero Accounting platform (through the Xero API or, manual transfer using XML data) Full front-end development will be provided Existing product and User account data to be transferred from existing Joomla site. Availability to chat with New Zealand based project manager (GMT+13) is ideal. All work will remain the property of the client and will be hosted in New Zealand. Locale – en_GB
