Shopify private app + custom dev

I need the following tasks to be done on my shopify store: I DON'T HAVE SHOPIFY PLUS. 1. Prepaid discounts, show total savings. [Need to have the option to change this at the backend] 2. Partial payments, show total savings. [Backend control] 3. All product images to show savings on Prepaid & partial payment method. 4. Also display Vegan & Made in India on all products. 5. Add a fee to COD and also put a limit on COD purchase [Error: "COD LIMIT REACHED xxx is max allowed COD amount", place prepaid or make partial payment or contact us via chat] 6. Option to add Mobile & Email address on the Contact information so that Notifications are sent to both. 7. Improve Shopify page speeds.
